Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Multimedia Designer Services

Introduction:

Zevoli Growth Partners is seeking proposals from qualified Multimedia Designers to provide creative services in Graphic Design, Videography, and Photography. The selected designer will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visuals, adhering to brand guidelines, collaborating with the team, and ensuring high-quality multimedia output.

Scope of Work:

The Multimedia Designer shall provide the following services:

1. Graphic Design Creativity and Conceptualization:

• Conceptualising visuals based on the provided brief and requirements.
• Developing illustrations, logos, and designs that align with the project objectives.
• Visualising and creating graphics that effectively convey the intended message.

2. Adherence to Brand Guidelines and Collaboration:

• Creating images and designs in strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilising brand guidelines and layouts to maintain consistency across all materials.
• Collaborating effectively with the Senior Multimedia Designer to ensure cohesive design execution.

3. Graphic Quality and Multimedia Skills:

• Conducting research and designing inclusive graphics that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Testing graphics for optimal presentation across various platforms and media.
• Demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Refining learning experiences through the proficient use of multimedia design tools.

4. Videography and Photography Skills:

• Capturing high-quality videos and photographs that align with project requirements.
• Editing videos and photographs to meet specified standards and enhance visual appeal.
• Demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency in videography and photography techniques.

5. Proposal Submission Guidelines:

• Interested candidates should submit their RFQ electronically to info@zevoligp.com no later than 16 February 2024. Proposals should include the following:
• Company profile highlighting relevant experience and expertise.
• Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design, videography, and photography projects.
• Proposed approach to addressing the requirements outlined in this RFQ.
• Cost proposal detailing rates for services provided.

6. Evaluation Criteria:

• Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in graphic design, videography, and photography.
• Creativity and conceptualisation skills.
• Adherence to brand guidelines and collaboration capabilities.
• Quality of multimedia output.
• Cost-effectiveness and value proposition.

7. Terms and Conditions:

• Freelance Multimedia Designers selected for the panel will be commissioned to work on projects on an as-needed basis and will enter into a formal agreement with Zevoli Growth Partners.
• Payment terms and other relevant details will be negotiated for each project with the selected freelancers.
• Zevoli Growth Partners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
