Project Manager

Zevoli Growth Partners is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring project objectives are met. This role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project scope, establish timelines, and deliver results that align with company goals

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project charter and schedule.
  • Understand client needs at project outset.
  • Organize and lead corporate client meetings and surveys.
  • Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) for diagnostics, growth plans, and BDS.
  • Maintain and update project schedule, identifying deviations for timely adjustments.
  • Negotiate changes with team members and external parties as needed.
  • Manage project costs and budget, ensuring adherence to scope.
  • Review proposals and quotations for accurate pricing recommendations.
  • Monitor project progress daily, resolving issues promptly.
  • Enhance project tools, processes, and templates for improved efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor plan, budget, and expenditure.
  • Establish deadlines and workflow plans, coordinating actions among stakeholders.
  • Manage project information and reports for stakeholder awareness.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Conduct off-site assessments and visits as required.
  • Effectively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate performance feedback sessions with clients and report to Zevoli.
  • Keep clients informed of project status, timeline, and costs per communication plan.

Quality Assurance:

  • Identify and uphold quality standards for project outputs.
  • Review all client deliverables and documents for approval.
  • Analyze deviations to project processes and recommend improvements.
  • Design, evaluate, and implement quality process changes.
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Assess potential consequences of deviations and provide guidance for mitigation.
  • Ensure integration of planning, execution, and control processes within projects.
