Fractional Human Resources Manager

Zevoli Growth Partners is seeking a part-time HR Manager to join our team and support our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in policy development, employee relations, and talent management. This role will involve working closely with the management team to align employees with company strategy, develop and familiarize the team with Human Resource policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Align employees with company strategy and goals.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Make recommendations on how to retain employees and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Set up performance management policy and reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in HR Management.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time position, with the HR Manager expected to work part-time. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
