Zevoli Episode: Reflecting on 2024 – A Year of Growth and Impact
Reflecting on 2024 – A Year of Growth and Impact 2024 has been a year of transformation for Zevoli Growth Partners, a year defined by
The last 24 years of our country signify a period of significant unlocking of opportunities that catalysed the active participation of all South Africans in the mainstream economy. Job creation and entrepreneurship have been consistent themes in both public and private sector. The achievement of the latter being possible through continuously striving to attain and sustain supplier diversity.
The B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice introduced mechanisms that support and reward developing SMEs to level the playing field when competing against their more established competitors with the intention of affording them access to market.
We started Zevoli Consulting to lend our voice and skills to the broader broad-based black economic empowerment agenda. We play an active role in building the bridge between SMEs that are often intimidated by the vendor engagement requirements of corporate South Africa and corporates reluctance and hesitation to afford procurement opportunities to SMEs with limited track record and credentials. Our primary proposition involves developing and implementing economic development strategies and implementing meaningful ESD programmes for our clients that improve the capacity and capability of SMEs, thereby increasing their credibility and the corporates confident to initiate a procurement relationship with them.
We enable our clients to achieve organic growth and success by engineering creative solutions that unlock and create tangible value. As a business, we pride ourselves in designing fit-for-purpose solutions that address commercial and business growth whilst ensuring the sustainability of an inclusive society.
We have vast socio-economic development corporate experience, gained through management and executive roles across various blue chip local and multinational companies in several industries. In addition, the Zevoli leadership has provided thought leadership to various groups, including the Gates Foundation, Harvard Business School and Business Fights Poverty study on effective Enterprise and Supplier Development ecosystems. This enables us to add richness and depth of experience to every mandate.
