Transforming Towanship Economies Through Property Enhancement – ESD PROGRAMME

A township-focused property enhancement programme, implemented by Zevoli Growth Partners, has demonstrated how targeted Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) can unlock economic potential at the grassroots level by enhancing property assets and embedding business resilience, the initiative empowered landlords and small suppliers to formalise, grow, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

The programme supported eight businesses primarily township-based landlords and service providers through a customised blend of infrastructure upgrades, compliance enablement, digital tools, and strategic mentorship. The goal: to turn underutilised property spaces into compliant, income-generating, and community-serving assets.
